JANUARY 28 - FEBRUARY 2


Come join the fun at St. John's School for our Annual Open House on Sunday, January 28, after the 11:15 a.m. Mass. There will be writing and art displays, as well as teachers (kindergarten through eighth grade) available to visit with new families until 1:30 p.m. We look forward to seeing all of you!

If you are unable to come for the Open House, but would like to visit the school, please call (651) 633-1522, ext. 1118, to make an appointment to visit with the principal and take a tour. Come see how St. John's School builds a foundation for life in a JOY-filled learning environment. 

Sunday, January 28: Good News at our Mass & Open House

Mass at 11:15 a.m. with Open House to follow. St. John's JOY recipient will be honored at Mass. Be sure to tour the halls and see all the wonderful school displays and works of art from our students. The cafeteria will be the site of exciting raffles designed by the teachers.

Monday, January 29: Good News for our Community

Thank you(s) and nursing home projects are the activities for the day. Prayer partners will meet to work on projects, and the  teacher raffle begins in the cafeteria.

Tuesday, January 30: Good News for our Nation

Pray for Peace. In these troubled times, we ask that you pray with us for our nation. Join us in Church as we meditate on the  Scriptural Mysteries of the Rosary and invoke Our Blessed Mother, patroness of the United States under the title of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, to intercede on our behalf to Jesus Christ.

Wednesday, January 31: Good News on Talent

Circus Juventas is the destination for the morning! We will watch the amazing feats of the Circus Juventas performers.

Thursday, February 1:  Good News with Volunteers

Volunteers help in classrooms, in the library, in student resources, and with Scholastic Books, coaching, chess club, drama club, scouts, and so much more. We take the afternoon to salute those who give so willingly of their time and talent.  Volunteers will join us for a program and treats at 2:30 p.m.

Friday, February 2: Good News with School Spirit

School Spirit Day means students can wear school spirit clothes (St. John's sports teams are known as the Jaguars); Grades K - 3 go bowling; Grades 4 - 8 go roller skating; Bingo will be led by Bingo Masters Mr. Beck and Mr. Bennek. Raffle winners will be announced over the PA.
