Sabbath Time: Finding Rest, Renewal & Delight in our Lives. If all the praiseworthy characters mentioned in the Bible, including Jesus and the apostles, kept the Sabbath, why do the majority of Christians keep Sunday? What does Sabbath mean today, and what is Sabbath time? We will explore, from the spiritual perspective, the need for the gift of Sabbath and Sabbath time. Time will be included for quiet prayer and reflection. Sharing with others helps us notice the presence of God in our ordinary lives, where Sabbath can be "en-fleshed" and become real for us. Questions? Call Judy Quayle at (651) 633-8333, ext. 1229.
