Join us for FallFest!

September 7, 2023
Dear Parishioners and Friends of St. John’s,

“For where two or three are gathered together in My name,
there am I in the midst of them.”
                                        ~Matthew 18:20

Come on everyone, let’s gather together for FallFest 2023! Next weekend kicks off our first FallFest event, our annual Golf Tournament at Brightwood Hills on September 16. Then we have fun all weekend September 22-24! We need your help to allow all those who Gather with us to Witness Christ when they come to our festival!

You can witness Christ in the following ways:
1. Volunteer- Share Christ’s sacrificial love by giving of yourself in helping staff the games, set up, all the events, etc. We need help to make the event happen! Contact Rita Arndorfer at the parish office to sign up, or sign up online here.

2. Share- be part of our FallFest Field Team and mingle with FallFest attendees and invite them to more ministry opportunities at SJB! Be friendly and on the look out for new faces or those attending alone. Contact Claire Brostrom at the parish office to learn more about Field Team opportunities. Her email is Brostromc@stjohnnyb.org.

3. Donate- we are still taking donations for the kids games, bar games, silent auction baskets, and more. See the advertisements in the bulletin for more information about what we need.

4. Participate- Join us all weekend long! Remember to sign up in advance for the Golf Tournament, Fun Run, Bags Tournament, and Car Show! Join us one day or every day and be part of the fun! If you can’t join us, you can still participate by purchasing or selling raffle tickets and/or by bidding on items in our silent auction. See below for more information and the registration links.

5. Pray- Pray for all those who attend the festival, that they would experience the warmth and joy of Jesus and be drawn to come to SJB regularly and encounter the Lord! Pray for good weather as well! 🙂

As the Father loves me, so I also love you!
