The Archbishop Flynn Catechetical Institute is an ongoing information resource for Catholic adults of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis who wish to deepen their knowledge of the Catholic faith and further their spiritual formation. Classes are held at the St. Paul Seminary and parishes around the diocese.

The Saint Paul Seminary Catechetical Institute invites you to grow in holiness by deepening your spiritual life in the 11-week School of Prayer at St. Therese in Deephaven beginning February 3, 2026.
In the School of Prayer, you will learn to:
- Pray from your heart
- Overcome difficulties in prayer
- Discern God’s will
- Sanctify your day
Choose a time that works for you!
- Tuesday mornings — 9:30 am – 11:30 am
- Tuesday evenings — 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
- Optional three-day retreat June 18-21 at Christ the King Retreat Center in Buffalo, MN. (Retreat is limited to 40 people. Cost not included in registration.)
